Raquel was amazing. This was my 3rd or 4th time getting a facial from her. Even her tone is relaxing. She not pushy and truly takes her time. She makes suggestions which I appreciate!! Ive had facials here before done by others and they were just ok. Ive already booked my next facial with Raquel. The whole front of house team is lovely and welcoming. Hence why I made waterford my primary go to location.

After a long flight from a work trip my back was feeling stiff and skin dried out. I had the pleasure of meeting Leah and Bell Smith. Leah was very nice and personable. She found where exactly I was feeling pain and was able to massage to relax the muscle. I walked out feeling 10x better and much more relaxed. I thought I was already relaxed than I got to meet Bell Smith. She very nice and told me what to expect for it being my first facial. She give me tips on how to freshen up my skin so I didn't have that dry feeling. The whole experience with the steam and hot towel made feel like I had a fresh shave. I left feeling fully relaxed and skin looking much much better than how I walked in. I can't thank Leah and Bell enough. If you have the chance to stop by make sure to request them if they're free.
